Welcome !

Our Troop is sponsored by St. Patrick's Men's Club at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas.

The Troop originated in 1965 and is firmly established as a solid, contributing organization both in scouting circles and in our community. We invite all boys between the ages of 11 and 18 to participate.

We are an active organization with as many as six activities per month, yet we encourage all of the scouts to participate in sports and other extracurricular activities.

Troop 719 is part of the Northern Trail District in Circle Ten Council. In line with the National Boy Scout Program, we plan and design our program and activities around the principles of:

Building citizenship in the community,

Having a strong character,

Having mental and physical fitness.

Posted on Aug 16 2018 - 2:45pm

NYLT is an intense, 5½ day, outdoor leadership training experience for youth leaders.  Delivered by Circle Ten Council to help youth further develop their capacity as leaders, the leadership skills introduced in ILST and Oak Leaf are developed in greater detail by modeling a month in the life of a Scouting unit.  The course goal is to prepare young men and women to become superior leaders in their unit district, council, and other organizations they belong to now, and in the future.
